At Alpine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
